Concourse serves social good organizations and companies in the healthcare, technology and finance industries. In addition to working on executive-level recruitment projects, we believe it is important to serve professionals at the early stages of their careers as well. Concourse is founded and led by Van Miles, whose vision for Concourse is to not only bring an executive search firm to The Bronx but also to expand the scope of the industry to meet the needs of a wider net of candidates. Van focuses on connecting professionals from all walks of life to purpose and career opportunities.
Van’s passion for Social Good, Finance, Technology, Healthcare and Law stems from his own personal experiences and seeing the impact of each of these fields on everyday life. He has led searches from beginning to end and at heart, is a creative who wants to see people and organizations achieve their goals.
When not focused on Concourse, Van can be found at a Nets or Yankees game, working out, running, cycling, and, most importantly, spending time with his son, who is the dopest kid ever.
Before founding Concourse, Van was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of another executive search firm and is an experienced workforce development professional. Van graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Morgan State University, as well as Metropolitan College of New York with a Master’s in Public Administration.
